So this is the really boring, but essential bit.
A full returns policy is currently being drafted and will be available here soon.
In short though, due to the personalised nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns unless one of the following apply:
  • We have sent the incorrect item
  • The item has arrived damaged
  • We have incorrectly spelled any words etc on the item(s) AFTER you have proof read the designs
If your return reason falls into another category, we may still be able to come to an arrangement. This remains at the managements discretion.
Should your item go missing on route to you we request:
  • You allow up to 2 weeks from posting as advised by Royal Mail
  • We will work alongside you, and Royal Mail, to locate your missing item
  • We can only offer refunds/replacements on items paid Signed For, if you choose not to use this option then we cannot be held responsible for items going missing
Turnaround should always be available via our homepage or on our social media accounts. However, due to this being a small, family run business from our loving home, there may be occasions when this turnaround has to be extended on short notice. Should this affect your order in which it will be of no use past the date you expect your item (or a mutually agreed date), and provided we have no yet started it, you will be entitled to a full refund in this instance.
