Below you will find answers to simple questions we are often asked. We though it may be helpful to have these in one place incase we aren't around to help.
How long will it take to ship my order?
Our turnaround varies due to many factors. We aim to have your items created and dispatched with 2 weeks. However as a small, family run business from our loving home we do encounter some delays beyond our control. Any delays are usually documented on our social media pages. Why not give us a follow and keep up to date with the lastest new items and turnaround times?
What shipping methods are available?
We currently offer shipping via Royal Mail. We use a flat rate postage system for 1st class, 2nd class or recorded delivery services. We have recently upgraded our printing equipment and accessories so are now able to offer larger prints, which we are still working on the best pricing and shipping methods for these.
I've noticed an error, can I get a refund?
Please refer to our returns policy page. Not all circumstances will warrant a refund. We offer a bespoke service, and as such, cannot offer refunds unless certain conditions have been satisfied. We always want our customers to be happy and satisfied with our service so we will work with you to come to the best conclusion for all.
I was looking for a gift for a friend, but just can't decide. Do you have any gift certificates?
How lovely to think of your friend, and ourselves when looking for a gift. Of course we can offer a gift certificate. This can be item specific, or to a value. Please send us a message to arrange this.
