ORDERS
How long will it take to ship my order?

Our turnaround varies due to many factors. We aim to have your items created and dispatched with 7 working days. However as a small, family run business from our loving home we do encounter some delays beyond our control. Any delays are usually documented on our social media pages. Why not give us a follow and keep up to date with the latest updates, new products and turnaround times?

What shipping methods are available?

We currently offer FREE standard shipping to UK postal addresses! There are options for upgrade available, with the chance to upgrade free dependant on the value of your order. Spend over £12 and upgrade FREE to 1st class postage, spend over £20 to get 2nd class recorded FREE or spend over £30 and get 1st class recorded FREE.

I've noticed an error, can I get a refund?

Please refer to our ​returns policy page. Not all circumstances will warrant a refund. We offer a bespoke service, and as such, cannot offer refunds unless certain conditions have been satisfied. We always want our customers to be happy and satisfied with our service so we will work with you to come to the best conclusion for all.
